Susan is the President of ALL-PRO Business & Bookkeeping Corp., with a background in bookkeeping and finance that spans over two decades. Raised in Kelowna, she started her career in her early 20s and later pursued her CMA. Susan became a Branch Manager in Grande Prairie and led her team to be the top-performing district in Canada for ten consecutive years.

With extensive experience in financial literacy, she has taught clients about budgeting and financial management, drawing inspiration from "Think and Grow Rich" and "Rich Dad Poor Dad." After the closure of her previous company in 2012, she obtained her Mortgage Broker's License and taught financial courses while managing a remote office.

In 2015, Susan returned to Kelowna but felt unfulfilled until she joined ALL-PRO in January 2021, where she collaborates with Valerie to build a strong business. She values teamwork for providing better client care and ensuring continuity.

In her personal life, Susan enjoys spending time in the sun, whether at the beach, with friends, or in her garden.
